ComponentFlow Platform

ComponentFlow retains all rights to:

• The platform software, algorithms, and AI models
• User interface designs and platform functionality
• Documentation, tutorials, and educational materials
• Trademarks, logos, and brand assets

Third-Party Content

You must ensure you have proper rights and licenses for any third-party content you use, including:

• Stock photos, illustrations, and graphics
• Fonts, icons, and design elements
• Code libraries and frameworks
• Figma designs created by others

6. Data and Privacy

By using ComponentFlow, you agree that we may:

Effect of Termination

• Your access to the platform will be immediately suspended
• Your data will be retained for 30 days for potential recovery
• After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
• You may export your data before termination

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

ComponentFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComponentFlow shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from third-party content or services
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our service in the preceding 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComponentFlow and its employees, directors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform or violation of these terms
• Content you create, upload, or publish through our service
• Your infringement of third-party intellectual property rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
